Job Description:

We are in search of dinner bartenders. At Wolfgang Statehouse, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing outstanding service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and ensure that all beverages are prepared to our high standards. Additionally, you will handle cash transactions, monitor alcohol consumption, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.

Responsibilities:

- Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages

- Provide friendly and attentive service to all patrons

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service

- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests

- Contribute ideas for new cocktails and drink specials

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years previous experience as a bartender

- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beers, and other beverages

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
