Wolff Properties is seeking to hire a dynamic and vibrant apartment Roving Leasing Manager. Candidates must be experienced and have a highly successful closing ratio. Excellent communication skills and good organizational skills are necessary.

Job Description:
- Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present community and specific apartments.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly.
- Ensure that the office, clubroom, models, and market-ready vacant units are in perfect condition.
- Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification and notify the prospective residents of results in a timely manner, and assist with lease preparation.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Participate in ongoing resident relations.
- Accept service requests from residents and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
- Conduct follow-up calls.
- Enter all traffic, telephone calls and other daily activity in the computer system as well as competently enter data into reports - computer savvy is a must.
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior apartment leasing/management experience.
- Strong closing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Weekends required.
- Solid and consistent work history with excellent references.
- Attention to detail.
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people and helping others.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and positive.
- Autonomous and proactive with professional business maturity, understand dressing for success.
- Ability to pass a background test.
- Valid driver's license.
