DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In coordination with Wolf Trap Foundation Production Managers:
    • Assist in advancing production elements of touring Artists.
    • Distribute show documents to department heads.
    • Generate and distribute daily schedules.
    • Generate and distribute crew call schedules.
    • Maintain production databases and production show files.
  • Compile information for, and attend, weekly production meetings.
  • Provide stage coverage as directed by Wolf Trap Foundation Production Managers.
  • Coordinate rentals with vendor representatives in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide support for all auxiliary activities, including but not limited to:
    • VIP Programs.
    • Artist Meet and Greets.
    • Wolf Trap Foundation’s onsite activations.
  • Provide administrative support to Wolf Trap Foundation Staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in live performance, music venue, and/or touring positions.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Calendar Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in all types of weather, and outdoors.
  • Ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Must be able to read stage plots, lighting plots, and audio input lists.
  • Must be available 40-50 hours a week from May-September.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
