DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, correct labeling, and storing deliveries.
• Responsible for stocking/replenishment of the Concession stands and Gift Shops.
• Picks and moves inventory to fulfill stocking requests or established par levels.
• Responsible for the care, cleaning, and maintenance of all storage facilities.
• Assist with the physical inventory of all storage facilities.
• Ensure equipment including, but not limited to grills, fryers, hoods, ovens, floor mats, soft serve ice cream machines, etc. is properly cleaned and functioning.
• Assist with basic daily food prep activities such as thawing food, salad station prep, quality checks of existing food product, etc.
• Other light maintenance and custodial duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Will be responsible for a company vehicle so must have a clean driving record clear of all moving violations including speeding tickets.
• Must be able to work daytime hours including weekends.
• Must be comfortable working in a hot/humid environment.
