Lawn Crew Leader

Wolf Ridge Lawn Care is looking for a Lawn Crew Leader. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to drive a truck or van towing a 16' enclosed trailer. Prefer at least 1 year of experience working in lawn cutting/landscaping.

Responsibilities include -

Driving a truck/trailer to jobs. Operating a zero turn mower, weed whacker, and edger. Directing other crew member(s) on jobs. Ensuring job is completed properly.

This is a seasonal position and will likely extend into late November. Start Date is 4/23/24. Successful Crew Leaders will have a job available at the start of next season as well. This position is normally full time, but part time applicants are encouraged to apply as well. Work schedule is usually Tuesday through Friday, 10 hour days, usually 9 to 7 or 8 to 6, with the days sometimes changing due to weather.

Pay is $18.00 - $20.00/hr depending on experience. We also offer a 401K with matching up to 5%.
