Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. As a Lawn Care Crew Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes for our clients as well as supervising your crew and the work they preform. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Main Duties:

- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming

- Supervise and train other team members in lawn care techniques

Other Duties:

- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees

- Conduct groundskeeping duties including mulching, debris removal, and leaf blowing

- Build and maintain landscape features such as pathways and retaining walls

- Provide bush and small tree care services including pruning and removal

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and practices

- Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Ability to supervise and train team members effectively

- Attention to detail in order to achieve high-quality results

- Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of outdoor work

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Compensation:

- Up to a $250 sign on bonus

- Biweekly bonuses awarded for customer satisfaction

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
