What are we looking for?

WNY Wildlife & Exclusion is looking for an Exclusion Technician l that will be trained to perform a combination of construction methods on homes and businesses to eliminate rodents and wildlife from entering. We are looking to add to our team that loves to work outside and be hands on.

Ideal candidate should be able to

• Perform a combination of construction methods on homes and businesses to eliminate rodents and wildlife from entering
• Use construction methods that could include roofing, siding, soffit and masonry.
• Speak over the phone and in person with prospective customers
• Deliver amazing customer service, support and follow-up each day while being a part of a team
• Comfortably move ladders and tools around the inside and outside of a home or business, enter attic, basement and crawl spaces
• Establish a lasting relationship between WNY Wildlife & Exclusion and the customer
• Travel using a company truck and fuel card to service and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work in small spaces such as attics/crawl spaces
• Able to handle removal/install of insulation

What the ideal candidate needs to be successful

• Construction, roofing, siding, masonry and metal work experience is a plus but not required. Will train the right candidate
• All candidates must be excellent at building relationships, establishing trust and confidence, social perceptiveness, and ethical persuasion
• Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
• High school/GED or better required
• Clean and valid drivers license
