WNY Flash Academy, LLC is a small business in Buffalo, NY. We have Regions including Buffalo, Rochester, and now Binghamton. Our goal is to provide a professional, organized, and accomplished player development program for youth soccer players of all skill levels in Western New York and its surrounding areas. We strive to develop each and every player through multi-level platforms, based on their individual player development, up to and including the college level and beyond.
Job Overview
The WNY Flash Academy is one of the fastest growing clubs in New York and we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join Flash Binghamton. As a member of the WNY Flash, you will be responsible for developing players' skills, teamwork, and promoting a love for the game.
Duties
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions
- Instruct players on proper techniques, tactics, and game strategies
- Develop and implement practice drills to enhance player skills
- Organize and lead team practices and games
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in soccer coaching or playing at a competitive level
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
- Familiarity with childcare or youth development programs
Salary ranges based on experience, and the number of teams coaching.
