Western New England University is seeking aBusiness Systems Administrator. The purpose of this position is to maintaindata within the Admissions CRM (Slate), which is utilized by all Admissionsoffices across the University, and provide systems and operations support forEnrollment Management. This position has responsibility for assisting with thebuilding of applications, forms, reports, queries, communication plans, binstructures, user permissions, and configurations necessary to enhance andmaintain the CRM, at the direction of the Senior Associate Director of BusinessSystems. This includes developing and executing technological solutions andstrategies, workflow changes, business process improvements, and trainingdevelopment and delivery. This also includes utilizing the system in order toprovide data and information requested by individuals across the University,performing analysis of the data as needed, and developing and providingreporting. This position may include responsibility as a Slate Captain. Thisposition requires proficiency in the University student information system, theAdmissions CRM system, and other systems used by Enrollment Management asneeded. This position has responsibility for assisting with Operationsfunctions, as assigned by the Senior Associate Director of Business Systems.The ideal candidate will have knowledge of project management and experience inrequirement writing, testing, data analytics, and technical systems experience.
