Our company is seeking Part-Time Contact Center Representatives. Shift is: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Not including Federal Holidays) Duties Include:
Make customer calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Answering customer's questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns.
Responsible for keeping a record of information received in conversations and log it into the database.
Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, both verbal and written
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Computer literacy & Phone skills
Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )
Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position. Training will also be provided - "Entry Level" applicants are also encouraged to apply.
