I. Job Summary

Oversees planning and execution of strategic and corss-functional projects. This role will partner with Operational and Digital leaders to drive execution on strategic initiatives.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. 

Inspects and analyzes project sites, and monitors compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines and acquires resources needed.

Develops and maintains project plans and budgets, and prepares and analyzes project performance reports.

Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project.

Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees. This includes:

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED(accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.

Experience: Five years of relevant work experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • PMP Certified Preferred
  • Working understanding of Agile & Waterfall approaches to Digital Projects

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • Ability to excel in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
  • Ability to appropriately apply Change Management tools/techniques

Normal setting for this job is: hybrid office setting 

The expected salary range for this position is $87,000-$100,000/year. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
