I. Job Summary
This entry level professional works as part of a team of analysts responsible for calculating, processing, and administering sales incentive payments for our sales organization. This individual contributes to process of sales compensation setup, program administration and calculations, exceptions and payouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include data and process execution, auditing and analysis of the sales compensation system and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention-to-detail, excellent communication skills, and agile.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as liaison with sales managers, compensation, HR Technology and the Sales Comp Admin team to ensure that Sales Compensation Programs are understood, implemented appropriately, calculated correctly/timely. Escalates issues or questions that are complicated or sensitive to the Sales Comp Admin Manager for guidance and resolution.

Works with the team to create, develop and implement recommendations for process improvements, while automating the processes using technical skills where applicable.
Provides data and analytics using MS Office Products in order to effectively evaluate the performance vs. pay relationship of sales incentive programs. Presents metrics, benchmarks and other analytical tools to support continuous improvement of sales operations and management of the business. Ensuring the program is rewarding and retaining top performers while driving desired results across the organization.
Responsible for program execution including the coordination, collection, and calculation of sales information used for monthly, quarterly and annual sales incentive payments.
Assists in the maintenance of the systems and program process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures).
May coordinate and assist with the development and delivery of training for members of the sales organization regarding calculations and policy/plan changes.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Finance/Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Administration/Economics, Human Resources, or similar area of study, or in lieu of, HS Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
Experience: No experience required (in addition to education requirement).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Working knowledge of desktop software, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Office and Excel and its functions like filtering, sorting, formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, and formatting for professional presentation and organization of data. Required to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point as well
Self starter, adaptable to constant change and posses strong organizational, technical and analytical skills
Ability to analyze data and ensure accuracy of compensation costs and development of pay calculation specifications
Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines and deadlines
High level of tact and ability to handle sensitive compensation and financial information
Oral communication skills sufficient to make effective presentations to various levels of management
Self motivated willingness to learn and self teach
Ability to actively participate on working teams
Ability to work with and protect confidential information is required
Demonstrates a high level of cultural and ethical standards as well as work ethic and integrity

The expected salary range for this position is $56,595 - $81,385. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
