Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge in West St. Paul offers senior living with services to 127 customers, a 37-bed transitional care and rehabilitation center, 24 memory care apartments and 10 care suites.

Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge is recruiting for an RN Unit Manager in their Assisted Living and Independent Living community. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for managing the resident service care plans and direction/supervision of health care staff.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours, with on-call and manager-on-duty rotation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Current MN unrestricted RN license and BLS-certified
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Leadership skills with supervisory experience
  • Experience working as a Comprehensive Home Care Provider, assisted living or long-term care environment, managing licensed and direct care staff
  • An ability to adapt to changing needs of the resident and assisting residents and families in ensuring a quality plan of care is established
  • Ability to lead the team in Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
  • Ability to embrace Walker Methodist's Mission: Life. And all the living that goes with it. Enhancing the lives of older adults through a culture of care, respect and service.
