• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of food service and dining room experience, specifically catering and shift lead
• Accept direction and suggestions to provide a high quality of service
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lead the team in Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
• Ability to embrace Walker Methodist's Mission: Life. And all the living that goes with it. Enhancing the lives of older adults through a culture of care, respect and service.
