WLC Management Firm, LLC in Harrisburg, IL, is in search of a Medicare Biller for our home office in Harrisburg. We own/operate 16 skilled nursing facilities and 2 supportive living facility in Southern Illinois.

Successful candidate will work directly with our CFO to keep current, accurate billing on patient accounts, assure timely remittance, take immediate action on issues that involve account integrity. Responsibilities will include:

1) Assuring accuracy of patient data and prepare billing according to regulations.

2) Prepare/maintain billing files and records.

3) Investigate delinquent accounts. Document actions taken.

4) Monitor insurance coding and effective/exhaust dates.

5) Any other duties as assigned.

The position requires an individual who is focused and detail oriented. Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and various billing applications (we will train you on our system).
