Position Overview

As a Marketing Associate specializing in social media management, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with client brand identities and resonate with their target audience.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain client social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business, and TikTok.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement social media advertising campaigns including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of social media campaigns and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media marketing, and incorporate them into client strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in professional social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content creation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
