Residential Builder/Developer in Altamonte Springs, FL seeking Bookkeeper/Permit Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Quick Books and accounting experience required.
Bookkeeping duties to include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, construction billings, financial reporting, subcontractor correspondence, subcontractor bid solicitation, and change order pricing. Will maintain books for multiple accounts for multiple companies.
General administrative duties to include coordinating marketing materials, maintaining contractor files, notice to owner and lien release files.
Permit Coordinator duties will include applying for permits and responding to comments in order to receive the permits.
Applicant needs to be detail oriented, organized, able to prioritize & multi-task. Must be personable with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently. Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Dropbox, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
