The Sales Team Leader will be responsiblefor overseeing and managing a team of 5 Sales Executives. Theprimary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth and meetsales targets by leading and motivating the salesteam.
The Sales Team Leader plays a criticalrole in driving the success of the organization by leading ahighperforming sales team contributing to revenue growth andmaintaining a strong marketpresence.
Responsibilities
Leadership : Provide guidance mentorship and direction to the sales teamensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel intheir roles.
SalesStrategy : Develop and implement effective salesstrategies plans and tactics to maximize market penetration revenuegeneration and customeracquisition.
TargetAchievement : Set clear sales targets and goals forthe team monitor individual and collective performance and takeproactive measures to ensure targets are met orexceeded.
Coaching andTraining : Identify training needs and provideongoing coaching and training to sales executives to enhance theirproduct knowledge sales techniques and customer relationshipmanagement skills.
PerformanceEvaluation : Conduct regular performance evaluationsassess sales metrics and provide constructive feedback to teammembers recognize achievements and address areas needingimprovement
EducationalQualifications : Any Undergraduatedegree
Work Experiencerequired : Total sales Experience of 5 years of whicha Minimum 2 years should be in selling Nonproducts That areconcepts or customized Solutions.
