Automotive Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities - Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Reconcile accounts.
• Bank Deposits
• Issue receipts
• Follow up on past due accounts.
• Monitor receivable aging.
• Keep filing up to date.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements - Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• At least 1 year's experience is preferred.
• Must have intermediate skill using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be dependable, on time, and team orientated.
• Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work and be able to multitask.
• Data entry skills with attention to detail
• Professional appearance
• Team player with positive attitude
• Driven and self-motivated personality.
• Good customer service skills
