With every opportunity, we aim to exceed each pet owner’s expectations. We are seeking a mature experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate team.

Why do we need you as the face of our Clinics?

The receptionist is responsible for setting the tone, as we build and maintain each customer’s trust and confidence in our abilities. You are the first and last impression with our clients!

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Greeting clients AND their pets
• Answering telephones
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing medical records, charts, and other correspondence
• Presenting, explaining, and processing fees
• Recommending products & services

Skills that a successful receptionist must possess:

Educating clients on general animal care (i.e. heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, vaccinations, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic
• Computer knowledge

Detail-orientated

Team player

Willingness to learn

Mathematical skills

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have AT LEAST 2 years of client service experience, veterinary/animal or previous medical experiences are preferred
