JOB SUMMARY

This entry level role is responsible for general shipping and receiving warehouse duties within our warehouse facility. Position will support all Sales, Service and Installation functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Entry level with at least 1-year warehouse operations experience

Skills:

• Strong Computer Skills in Microsoft Office & World Shipping Software
• Must have clean driving record with ability to drive van or light truck with lift gate.
• Ability to drive a forklift required
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Good organization skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, work independently with a minimal level of supervision

Warehouse Responsibilities- General

• Maintain a physical presence in the warehouse in order to process day to day activity.
• Answer company phone.
• Receive all inbound/outbound mail on a daily basis.
• Interface with corporate personnel to accurately process warehouse tasks associated with the warehouse operations.

Shipping & Receiving

• Loads and unloads freight on a daily basis.
• Receive all freight shipments (UPS, freight carriers, etc.) to inventory or distribute to the correct department.
• Upon receiving inventory, verify counts and enter date to computer inventory system.
• Shelve the inventory items.
• Packages parts, supplies and equipment for shipping.
• Print UPS labels for items to be shipped.
• Trace any shipments in questions.
• Maintain accurate shipping and freight records.

Inventory Control

• Maintain Stock Supply Inventory
• Print & Process customer Supply Request
• Perform any required physical inventories.
• Assist with Full Tech Inventory Counts

Installation Support:

• Pull, stage and load equipment as required to support the installation teams.

Shipping Courier

• Make emergency deliveries, pick up used equipment from customer locations, and pick up locally acquired parts, tools and equipment.

Other Duties as Assigned

• Overall cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse, shipping area and receiving area
• Provide local support for fleet management services.
• Removal of scrap metal and follow-up of claim checks
• Overall Warehouse Cleanliness
