Responsibilities

Who are we looking for?

• Search for, fetch and organize images and videos which live in AWS or our back office
• Manual tagging/validation and segregating images into file classes
• Manual drawing of objects within images to be used for training object detection model
• Create test set of data which model will not be trained on and can be used as a fair test of performance
• Manipulate training images to increase size and effectiveness of training data

• Implement, train, tune, evaluate a deep learning model
• Implement re-usable SQL queries to obtain performance metrics and enable efficient model tuning

• Creating the API which will be used to by our back office to call and return predictions from the trained model
• Setting up Active Learning pipeline for maintainability and performance increases day to day
• Automated testing pipelines for continuous integration / continuous deployment
• Visualization, portal and front-end updates needed for end to end delivery of product outcomes

Qualifications

What will you need?

• Minimum BS or MS in Computer Science or related quantitative field
• 5 years of programming experience required in scripted or object-oriented programming languages
• 3 years of using machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or Pytorch
• Strong software and systems engineering principles
• Experience building and managing the Machine Learning data pipeline, model training and tuning
• Strongly Preferred
• Experience with image/video analytics-based analysis
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and time series databases
• Commitment to sound software engineering principles such as configuration management, code reviews, automated unit, functional, and system testing
• Experience with AutoML and Cloud Services such as Azure ML
• Experience integrating Machine Learning applications into existing system through containerized agents and RESTful APIs
• Experience leading data sourcing and acquisition including storage of data in S3
• Experience building large-scale data solutions using tools such as Hadoop, Spark
