Responsibilities
- Handling of front line and escalated support requests in order to ensure customer satisfaction, through email, phone and other channels
- Managing multiple queues, ensuring support requests are handled or funneled to the correct team
- Completing proactive outbound calls to new program members
- Participating in the process of enriching the internal knowledge base (training)
- Helping in the service performance and processes
Requirements
- Must be fluent both verbal and written in Spanish and English
- Motivated by solving problems for customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for health and technology
