Established in 2015, Withered Tree operates within a fast-paced, family-run environment, offering a unique opportunity to dive deep into the inner workings of the fashion industry. Withered Tree is a supplier for key US retailers, and we manufacture our products with great overseas suppliers.

As our Fashion Showroom Assistant & Merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role in our success, working alongside our design team to coordinate sample logistics with buyers and suppliers, ensuring our showroom is diligently organized. If you have had retail experience working in stores and have a strong track record with merchandising, customer service, and are looking to make a move to the wholesale industry side, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sample logistics with the design team, ensuring seamless communication with buyers and suppliers.
• Maintain and organize samples in our showroom.
• Track sample progress, capturing images and updating our online showroom platform.
• Assist in preparing for buyer meetings, including compiling line sheets and sending out samples, and provide necessary follow-up support.
• Position is in person 10am-6pm M-F at our Hollywood office

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in pre-production and/or fashion showroom settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working in a collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in a showroom setting, familiarity with production samples (handlooms, PP samples, TOP samples).

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
