Job Summary:

Reports to the HR Director. Reviews and analyzes resumes and applications. Coordinates with hiring manager(s) and complete an intake analysis of the knowledge, education, skills and special requirements for the opening. Ensures new hires meet the minimum requirements of the job. Oversee the entire employment process with emphasis to be placed on recruitment and retention.

Minimum Requirements: 

• College degree in Human Resources or related healthcare area is preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare and/or recruiting is preferred; must be proficient in social media applications and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are required; must be detail oriented, must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and personal characteristics necessary for recruiting, processing confidential information; able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, night, or weekend hours as needed for employment related meetings, job fairs and communication procedures; ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with a wide variety of contacts.
• Highly prefer someone with Applicant Tracking System experience.
