Role: QA Lead

Title: AVP/VP

Location: NYC (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) Fulltime

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Your required skills: 10-15 Years Required

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (10-15years) in a QA leadership role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, including manual and automated testing.

Strong understanding of QA processes, standards, and best practices, with the ability to design and implement effective QA strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
