Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE) is seeking an exceptional Concrete and Construction Materials Technician to join our team in Austin, Texas.
As a Concrete and Construction Materials Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry-leading experts. Prior experience with laboratory and field testing is not required but is a plus. You will work with experienced team members in a hands-on environment and receive training to develop your career, including various test methods and preparation of samples for microscopic examination. You will assist in the preparation and testing of laboratory samples, log in project samples, help maintain a clean and safe working environment, and will be prepared for and encouraged to obtain relevant lab certifications.

Annual starting base salary (gross): $47,700 - $73,500. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on several factors including consideration for a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
