As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading our technical recruitment efforts, sourcing, identifying, and attracting exceptional candidates to fill critical technical roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

This role is based in our Mountain View, California headquarters.

What you will do:

  • Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering and product roles
  • Become an expert on the eVTOL industries
  • Support leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment processes. Identify areas for improvement and proposed solutions. 
What you have done:
  • 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus technical recruitment and highly technical roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage a group of high performing recruiters, fostering a culture focused on candidate and client experience
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures

$161,500 - $190,000 a year
Compensation and Benefits:
In addition to offering a great work environment and the opportunity to be part of the team making electric autonomous flight a reality, at Wisk, we offer excellent total rewards which include a competitive base salary, annual bonus, long term incentive, 401K, health benefits and much more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range the Company expects to pay:$161,500 - $190,000 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
