The successful candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical engineering or related, undergraduate or graduate. The candidate is comfortable working with embedded systems, PCBA design, lab testing and related instrumentation. 

The highly motivated candidate will work well independently as well as in a team. In this role, the candidate must be proactive, forward thinking and self-motivated with the ability to inspire and influence a team of like-minded engineers.

What you will do:

• Work on our cutting edge BMS design in a fast paced environment
• Test key failure modes that will inform future revisions of the design
• Get hands-on experience with industry technology related to electric propulsion and energy storage.

• Schematic design
• PCBA design (Altium preferred)
• Electrical design analysis
• Embedded systems hardware and software (C, RTOS etc…)
• Soldering

This internship role will be based at Wisk's headquarters in Mountain View, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.

Eligibility Requirements For US

Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA

Must be legally authorized to work in the US

Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins

Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college

Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, transcripts are required

Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins

Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 10 weeks (full-time for 3 months)
