**Job Purpose**

To act as the internal customer service point of contact for one or more existing accounts. This individual should be able to multi-task while maintaining a professional, positive attitude in this deadline driven environment. This individual will work closely with the Order Processing Specialist, builders and internal departments.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

* The Customer Relations Specialist should refer to their account process sheet(s) daily and stay up-to-date with any changes made through our Implementations department.

* The CRS should be the direct point of contact internally and externally to promote lasting relationships.

* The CRS must verify all final selections and change orders for all internal orders and communication of all scheduling.

* Confirm products are ordered and lead-times are met

* Handle status inquiries and follow up on all requests by customers

* Manage Need PO List

* Schedule inspections with homeowners, assessing routine warranty claims, and following all service requests through to completion.

* Develop Customer Relationships

Be able to handle all concerns and complaints to 100% satisfaction or elevate to appropriate corresponding departments

Be professional and provide a positive attitude at all times

Should have proper phone and email etiquette.

Attend builder meetings if the opportunity presents itself.

* Perform general administration tasks

Email, document preparation, phone, filing

* The CRS should attend meetings which include:

Model Home Meetings

Internal-Account meetings

* Stay up to date with product knowledge.

* Cross-trained on Order Processing Specialist Role

* Have a working knowledge of:

How to run the builders software applications efficiently.

Enter phone, fax or email orders into database management system

**Qualifications & Required Skills**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* College Degree Preferred

* 1-2 years Customer Service Experience Preferred

* Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills

* Ability to pay close attention to detail

* Must work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a team

* Good time management skills

* Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline

* Possess problem solving and analytical skills

* Comfortable performing basic math calculations

* Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications
