Job Description

We're looking for graduates to join our recently launched Servicing Operations Rotational Programme in Austin.

Our WiseStart rotational development programme in Servicing Operations is a truly unique opportunity. During 18 months you’ll develop a deep understanding of our Operations organisation, enabling you ultimately to drive operational excellence through identifying impactful initiatives. After the 18 months are up, you’ll have a say on which direction you want your career to go in - either taking on more complex challenges to solve, or moving towards a rewarding leadership role within your chosen Operations team.

What You'll Experience:

  • Start with us on 2nd September 2024, onboarding in London with our global cohort of graduates from various different functions across Wise. During 2 days of company onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with a global peer network, and learn more about our Mission

  • Spend your first 2 months with our Customer Support team getting to know our customers and the challenges they have (this will give you the perfect foundation for the programme, helping you to understand the problems that need solving)

  • Dive into the details of our Payment Operations, KYC & FinCrime teams during 3 x 4 month placements

  • Spend your final 5 months working on an exciting project focussed on one of our Servicing Operations teams

  • Throughout all of this you’ll benefit from a dedicated mentor, supporting you as you move through the various stages of the programme

  • Potential to fast track to a rewarding leadership role on completion of the programme

Here’s where you’ll have impact:

  • Translating customer needs into operational processes, supporting insights with data-driven analysis

  • Taking full ownership of projects, from initial scoping to final implementation (this includes assessing problem size and impact, creating rollout plans, collaborating across teams, conducting testing, and refining solutions)

  • Proactively initiating and prioritising projects based on team and customer needs. Driving innovation and improvements in processes

  • Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support the operationalisation of new products or enhancements to existing ones and to solve complex problems and incidents related to their area of ownership, ensuring timely and relevant communication

  • Developing efficient operational processes that minimise manual workload, working closely with stakeholders and requiring minimal guidance

Qualifications

What does it take?

  • You have a degree at Masters level OR a Bachelors in a directly relevant subject field. This might include Business, Business Administration or Management but we're open to all disciplines

  • You are able to listen and empathise with the customer and team challenges

  • You are open to and value feedback in order to improve

  • You have exceptional verbal & written English skills - communication is a big part of this role and our team is international, so you will be using English on a daily basis
