Looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our team at Wise Vice Vapors. Positions are part-time or full-time.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 to apply.
• Be eager to learn.
• Previous cash-handling/retail experience preferred.
• Effective at written and oral communication.
• Understand how to deal successfully with various personalities.
• Desire to help others.
• Computer Literate.
• Please have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Salary: 80 hours training @ 10/hr, $11-$13 per hour after training.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
