ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
 Utilizes the Production Schedule Report in due date order to produce production on schedule. Exceptions will be communicated by production control or operations manager.
 Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers and use math to perform calculations.
 Must have a good understanding of angles and tolerances.
 Must be able to operate, install tooling and set-up mechanical and hydraulic press brakes.
 Must be able to perform visual inspection and dimensional inspection using calipers and basic measuring tools.
 Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
 Update computer records and paperwork in accordance with production requirements.
 Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on presses as required.
 Maintains work area in clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
 Must have a working command of the English language, and be able to communicate orally and in writing.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: While the following tasks are necessary for the work of the department, they are not an essential part of the purpose of this position and may also be performed by other department members.
 Perform all other duties, as assigned.

 Lift/Carry parts ranging from 20 lbs. – 50 lbs. occasionally up to 2.5 hours a day.
 Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Ability to perform essential duties
 High school education or GED
 Minimum of 2 years of set-up CNC Press Brake experience
 Must have working experience selecting the correct tooling for the bends required
 Must have working experience in calculating and entering the axis, part offset, dimensions, angle, bend length and bend allowances
