MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6:00 AM TO 4:00 PM, STARTING PAY $32.00 PER HOUR
The qualified candidate for Expert Level Technician will have a safety-first mindset at all times, be self-motivated professional working with the management ream to support the maintenance of all production equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment, and for installation of mechanical equipment.
Ensures that the plant and equipment are maintained at the highest performance level, and will strive to minimize cost, energy, and waste in accordance with corporate policies, health & safety regulations. Possesses excellent communication skills and will interact and function effectively as an integral part of the Safety, Production, Quality and Maintenance team.
MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in industrial safe practices, including Electrical, Lock Out/Tag Out. Working knowledge of all basic industrial mechanical components and systems, some examples include bearings, mechanical drive systems, gear boxes, pumps, valves, compressors, blowers and other hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Ability to read and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and drawings, manuals, and set-up procedures. Understanding of electrical drawings.
Safely operate machine tools – drill press, power saw, pipe threader, etc. Ability to dismantle, repair, rebuild, clean, adjust and calibrate mechanical components. Experience with operation, troubleshooting, repair and installation of pneumatic and hydraulic piping associated control components.
