Position: Machine Operator
Location: Dayton TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7 to 7, rotating shifts
Responsibilities:
- Loading and stringing machines for operation.
- Preparing product for pack-out.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds routinely.
- Ability to differentiate between colors and numbers to ensure accuracy.
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule, only working 14-16 days a month.
- Receive full 40-hour pay each week.
