Location: Florence, AL
Position Overview
Production workers are responsible for processing poultry food products on the production line and work in all different states of the production process.
General Responsibilities & Details
1. 1st Shift; 6:30am-4pm Monday-Friday -Payrate: $14.00/hr.
2. 2nd Shift; 4:30pm- to End of Shift (no later than 3am) Monday-Friday - Payrate $15.00/hr.
3. Overtime or Weekends will be required when scheduled.
4. Temp to Hire Positions.
5. Must adhere to all safety requirements in accordance with your safety training.
6. Must be willing and able to perform tasks in multiple areas or departments as directed by members of management.
Qualifications
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be able to comprehend simple instructions, ability to multitask and work quickly.
3. Be a team player and work in close proximity to other employees (less than 3 ft. away).
Physical/Environmental Demands
1. Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time, bend and or twist body.
2. Must use hands to handle, control, and feel objects or tools.
3. Must be able to frequently climb stairs, able to kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl frequently.
4. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
