General Labor / Heavy Lifting
1. Follow company work and safety policies and instructions
2. Ensure necessary equipment/tools are present upon start of shift
3. Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
4. Perform quality checks at specified intervals to ensure product quality
5. Fill out production logs to document the days activities
6. Cleaning and sanitizing packaging equipment
7. Perform weekly preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
8. Set-up packaging equipment and perform changeovers for various products
9. Continuously monitor the performance of packaging equipment
10. Abide by safety standards and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
11. Report food safety and food quality issues to personnel with authority to initiate action
12. Other duties as assigned by the Production Line Leader or Maintenance Technician
