Overview:
We are seeking skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
- Caulking
- Construction painting
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation
- Construction finish work
- Door hanging
- Tile laying
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to construction plans and specifications
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in construction labor tasks, including:
- Caulking
- Construction painting
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation
- Construction finish work
- Door hanging
- Tile laying
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
