Wisconsin Fertility Institute is excited to announce we are currently hiring for a part-time Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant is the heart of our facility. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for our patients and providers, while maintaining a positive, professional, and comfortable work environment for all staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, medical office support, and medical record maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assisting: Knowledge of medical assisting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Medical Terminology: Ability to understand and use medical terminology.
• Medical Office: Knowledge of medical office procedures and protocols.
• Patient Care: Ability to provide patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Medical Records: Knowledge of medical records management and maintenance.

Additional Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 07:15 am to 01:00 pm with occasional weekends.
