Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department and production supervisors
- Provides constructive performance evaluations in a timely manner
- Leading WCI’s culture of accountability, reliability, and continual growth, where people are our greatest asset.
- Effectively dealing with multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
- Identifying, achieving, and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Motivating employees to exceed expectations and place high value on teamwork and servant leadership
- Driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes and workflow
- Work with Plant Manager and team members to identify and address inefficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
- Secondary degree or related experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to navigate through the production facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
