As our CMM Programmer, you'll be ensuring that every part we machine meets our exact standards. Your role will involve programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to conduct meticulous inspections and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Daily, our CMM Programmers are tasked with but not limited to:

  • Inspection of production and vendor parts to specification
  • Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues relating to PC-DMIS and CMM
  • Have the ability to setup, tear down, and operate gages necessary for production.
  • Program and operate a CMM with and without solid models.
  • Interpret GD&T from blueprint to write CMM programs.
  • Performs detailed first article inspections following the installation of new or revised specifications.

To be successful in this role you should possess:

  • High School diploma
  •  5 years of CMM Programming experience
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF, and Solid Works
  • Knowledge/understanding of programming in PC-DMIS
  • Ability to identify GD&T symbols.
