Warehourse 3rd shift Lead

 9:30 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday- Thursday

Wis-Pak Inc., a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Klarbrunn, Bubbl'r and other leading beverages, is currently accepting applications for a full-time General Equipment Operator at it's Watertown, WI facility.

Job Summary

Assist management in coordinating the efforts of people and equipment to efficiently and cost effectively

accomplish the tasks, responsibilities, and goals of the department, plant and company.

Job Duties / Essential Functions

·Must be able to perform all warehouse jobs.

·Knowledge of basic warehouse operations.

·Working knowledge of JDE 9.1.

·Forklift experience and certification required.

·Ability to train and guide warehouse personnel.

·Ensure that warehouse employees under your supervision and are properly trained.

·Ensure all work is completed on time and safely, as directed by management.

·Monitor and analyze performance of warehouse employees under your supervision

·Ensure quality performance and standards are met.

·Ensure safety of personnel and raw materials.

·Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, including performing physical inventories as needed.

·Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe manner per management direction and all plant andfood safety, FSMA (HACCP & HARPC), GMP, & sanitation regulations.

·Computer skills required for data entry as needed.

·Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors/Warehouse Manager.

·May be required to attend and successfully complete off-site supervisory training.
