JOB DUTIES/MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (Not fundamental job duties)
Oversee other departments after normal business hours. Available during all shifts to help solve issues that may arise
Follow all safety guidelines and GMP policies.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with courses in general business and/or
management plus one to three years of progressively responsible related experience; or four plus years of
progressively responsible related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at every level of the organization.
4. Ability to competently lead, motivate and supervise others to accomplish company goals.
5. Ability to professionally handle employee issues, conflicts, discipline, etc.
6. Calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
7. Ability to problem-solve and effectively handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or
schedule form.
8. Ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of company manufacturing processes, equipment, and
products.
9. Requires the ability to operate a variety of standard business machines, such as a computer and keyboard,
telephone, photocopier, FAX, etc.
10. Requires a good understanding of company manufacturing processes, equipment, and products.
