WIS Healthcare Inventory Associate Job Preview

The Healthcare Inventory Associate is responsible to obtain data on medical devices and medication. You will partner one-on-one with Healthcare professionals, at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and / or medication.

Team Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, pharmacy, medical office, and / or medical sales environment
• Completes hospital training certification, as required
• Complies with all hospital / healthcare facility standards
• Achieves high efficiency while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in an event
• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation
• Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines

Working Conditions

• This position requires the ability to frequently travel by car and occasionally air, the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking;

the ability to frequently use a step stool; the ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs.
