**Job Duties**

* Serves as the clients primary point of contact prior to, during, and immediately following the completion of a physical inventory count.

* Facilitates internal and external pre-inventory communication, ensuring mutual expectations are defined as well as developing a plan to meet these expectations.

* Manages all DSI staff and support staff assigned to an inventory event to ensure a timely, thorough and accurate inventory count process.

* Actively works and interacts with the client throughout the event to ensure an open line of communication and the timely resolution of any questions or concerns.

* Directs all post-inventory activities and tasks to ensure each is completed according to established policies, practices, and client expectations.

* Maximizes the profitability of each inventory event by managing labor expenses through process efficiencies.

* Promotes the mission, vision, and values of WIS International and regularly incorporates such in their dealings with employees, clients, and others to whom manager interacts with during the course of their work with DSI.

**Qualifications**

* This work is every weekend other than holidays. If you are not available to work on weekends this job will not be a good fit.

* A fair amount of parts operation experience working in an Auto Dealership or Aftermarket.

* Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is required, ideally proficiency in CDK.

* Strong staff leadership, planning, and organizational experience required.

* Comfortable in a client-facing role, with strong customer service, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.

* General proficiency in computer skills including knowledge of Excel.

* Ability to travel (flights, rental car) mostly throughout the North Central, with a valid drivers license and good driving record.
