Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash register and process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and perform regular stock checks
- Meet sales goals and targets set by the management team
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade customers
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Knowledge of electronics sales is preferred but not required
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor
