Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and [Bilingual language]
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or wireless sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
