Managment Trainee Duties:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and target markets
• Assist in the creation and execution of sales campaigns inside major retailers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention inside of major retailers
• Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting with sales activities
• Build and maintain relationships with store management to ensure all compliance and store needs are met.

Managment Trainee Qualifications:

• No experience is necessary but professionalism and integrity ARE A MUST
• Familiarity with Customer Service
• Organizational and Time Managment Skills are required
