JOB Description:-

Activities

• Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient microservice architecture.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for microservices, adhering to coding standards.
• Integrating microservices with Kafka for event-driven architecture and ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Implementing RESTful APIs and ensuring proper communication between microservices.
• Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure robustness and reliability of microservices.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and providing timely resolution.
• Working on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient delivery of microservices.
• Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the improvement of development processes.

Skills/ Experience

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka for developing microservices.
• Proficiency in Kotlin , KSQL ( Kafka-SQL), Kafka stream, APIs, IDE tools ( IntelliJ J, VS), Spring boot. 
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and hands-on experience with Kafka for message queuing.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating microservices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed system.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Good to have: Salesforce knowledge. 6-7 years leading teams.
