Winters Recreation is growing and our Customer Finance team needs an experienced, motivated, results-driven team member to join the day-to-day activities to help ensure our customers' needs are met and the department is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.

As a Finance Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating the details on financing and other product offerings through Winters Recreation.

The ideal candidate will be able to explain the best solutions and offer recommendations for products that meet the needs of the customer.

This position is the intermediary between the customer and the finance company; reviewing, in detail, the contract terms and rates.

They will be responsible for providing accurate information on the applications and ensuring the paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive experience for all involved.

This position needs to be able to make quick day-to-day decisions at times, as well as, have an eye for detail to prevent any fraudulent activity.

Candidate ideally has 1-3 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor.

Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 8 : 30 am - 12 pm. This position is a base hourly wage, plus commission.
